Penn Wind and PA Solar LLCs were founded
in 2006 and have been operating since from its office in Sunbury,
Pennsylvania. DGP Power, a community focused renewable energy
proponent, teamed up with Juwi, GmbH and formed Penn Wind and
PA Solar as joint ventures. Locally Penn Wind and PA Solar participate
in developing wind and solar projects as well as helping to
educate the community on renewable energies through various
community events and meetings.
Penn Wind develops wind projects with a primary
focus in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, New England, Virginia,
West Virginia and Texas. They have established over 1500 MW
of wind development in their pipeline. Penn Wind has also played
a part in establishing the PA Wind Cooperative Agreement with
the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
PA Solar develops solar projects across the
United States. They currently have greater than 20 MW pipeline
of solar development.

Juwi International Is a German company. Penn Wind and PA Solar are
affilitated with the United States branch called Juwi Wind US Corp.

JW Prairie Wind Power
JW Prairie Wind Power (JWPW), a Kansas incorporated LLC, was founded
in 2002 and has been operating for 5 years from its offices in Lawrence,
Kansas. JWPW is a wholly owned subsidiary of juwi GmbH (Juwi), an
international renewable energy company based in Mainz, Germany with
over 10 years of renewable project development experience.
JWPW develops wind projects with a primary focus in Kansas, Colorado,
Nebraska and Iowa. JWPW has developed a strong network of Midwestern
contacts and policy expertise. JWPW is in the process of developing
several projects in the U.S. The pipeline of projects encompasses
over 750 MW in 6 states.

Great Lakes Wind LLC
JW Great Lakes Wind LLC (JWGL) is a Cleveland based, wholly owned
subsidiary of juwi GmbH. Though the company was officially formed
in November 2006, the staff has been diligently working at every level
to develop wind facilities across the north and west of Ohio since
late 2005. We have more than 140 MW of wind farms under development
at this point in time. JWGL is also working with decision makers at
state and local levels to educate and create a more receptive policy
arena for renewable energy in Ohio. JWGL staff continues to be core
members of the Ohio Wind Working Group, and also chair the Business
Action Team and are regularly utilized as a wind experienced resource
by various newspapers, government agencies and policy makers.
