to lease your land to Penn Wind / PA Solar and we do the work. Penn

and permitting process would be as follows:
Initial Due Diligence by Penn Wind / PA
Solar:
- Review Irradiation maps
- Conduct site visit
- Review potential transmission constraints
- Gauge local opposition
- Complete PNDI
Secure Land
Complete Electrical Interconnection Studies
- Feasibility: 3-4 months to be completed
- Impact: 3-6 months to be completed
- Facilities: 3 months to be completed
Project Permitting (Allow 1 year to complete
permitting process):
